Fire Suppression System is an automatic fire extinguisher system that is used to prevent fires or reduce the greater impact caused by fires that occur in machines.
In FSS the sensor component is the most important thing for automatic activation of the system.

Simple cylinder head design made from stainless steel. With thread 1 ¼ “BSP, this cylinder head is applied to cylinder tanks with thread 1 ¼” BSP as well. There are 1/8 “NPTF holes for 2 bar & 9 bar pressure switches, 1/8” NPTF for pressure gauge, and 1/8 “NPTF for 24 Volt solenoid lines. Hole ¼ “NPTF for recharge.

The pressure gauge made from stainless steel that we offer is a mechanical model that is specifically designed to measure pressure in the cylinder tank in units of Kpa.

Cylinder tanks are made of stainless steel. Each cylinder tank has a name plate located at the bottom. The ameplate provides information about the manufacturing date, serial number.

Pressure Relief Valve has a size of 1/4 “BSPT and is made of brass which is resistant to corrosion. Has a resistance to maximum pressure up to 25 Bar. Pressure Relief Valve is very easy to install on the Relief Valve Body.

1. 9 bar pressure switch.
If there is a pressure drop in the cylinder tank, the 9 bar pressure switch contactor will open and the red indicator panel lights will light up to provide information that the cylinder tank needs to be added nitrogen again until the pressure is reached 1400 Kpa.
2. Pressure switch 2 bar
If a fire activation occurs, the 2 bar pressure switch contactor will be closed and the fire indicator panel light will turn on.
In addition to the activation of the sensor, the manual actuator is also one of the important components needed to activate the fire suppression system in the event of a fire. The manual installation of the actuator must be close to the operator and the emergency exit lane passed by the operator.
Manual actuators are generally installed 2 pcs, 1 pcs inside the cabin and 1 pcs outside which is easily accessible by the operator.

All TMS nozzle has a spray angle of 120 degrees and is equipped with a lid to avoid clogging from dirt and other contamination. The material of the TMS nozzle is stainless steel making it possible to last a long time from corrosion.

TMS has several labels that are used to provide important information for machine operators or in terms of identifying equipment that is installed with a fire protection system.
TMCL-30 : Cylinder label for 30 Ltr Capacity
TMCL-50 : Cylinder label for 30 Ltr Capacity
TMCL-90 : Cylinder label for 90 Ltr Capacity
