L 203 Progressive Lubrication Pump
The L 203 lubrication pump is versatile, compact and economical and can supply up to 150 lubrication points, depending on the pipeline length. It consists of a housing with integrated motor, reservoir with stirring paddle, pump element with pressure relief valve, filling nipple and electrical connection parts. This powerful pump can drive up to three pump elements and can be equipped with a low-level control (with or without control panel).

Temperature changes, changing grease types and challenging installation requirements are no problem for the G205 electric lubrication pump.

With its flexible design, including adjustable pump elements and an ability to work with both injector-based and series progressive systems, G205 is a rugged, cost-effective pump designed to serve multiple markets and applications. The pump features three control choices, which means added flexibility for easy lube system set-up, operation and troubleshooting. The pump extends machinery life, reduces operating costs and increases productivity for usage in a wide variety of markets, including in-plant manufacturing, mobile and wind turbines.

LSV

LSVs are single-block progressive devices designed to accurately divide incoming lubricant into predetermined individual quantities. LSVs can
operate under high backpressures and across a wide range of temperatures, with a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. LSV metering
devices come with 6 to 22 outlets, and monitoring can be done via a pin indicator for visual system monitoring or with a piston detector for electrical
system monitoring


LXF
Suitable for measuring element distributor of thin oil and grease, through progressive type plunger movement type lubricant to each of the oil
outlet. Appearance is compact and strong, high flexibility, suitable for a variety of applications, small formfactor, narrow space movements in
space.
LXF metering device is composed of three elements, at least a first block, a middle block and a tail block, can provide 3 to 24 lubrication point
of lubrication. There are many sizes of displacement to choose from. Each oil outlet can be cross-port to double the quantity.
Mechanical and electronic sensors can be easily configured to provide positive assurance for successful lubrication.

Single Line System

RotaryMaster FM Hydraulic
High-performance RotaryMaster FM hydraulic pumps combine rotary-driven pump motors with reciprocating pump tubes and flexible control
features that perform in desert heat and arctic cold. The integrated control manifold adjusts the amount of lubricant and operating pressure.
The pump’s output is adjustable from 115 to 737 cm³/min (7 to 45 in³/min). RotaryMaster FM pumps are optionally available incl. mechanical
overflow prevention system to improve worker and environmental safety by helping to prevent hazards associated with reservoir overfilling.

RotaryMaster FM Electric
Compact and versatile, its unique rotary drive and modular gear set let you adjust the speed of the pump’s motor to exactly fit your application.
The motion of pump created by the electric rotary motor is converted into reciprocating pump motion, providing an efficient lubricant flow.
Because of its rotary drive, the motor can be placed directly on the pump. As a result, the pump is so compact it fits almost anywhere.
RotaryMaster FM pumps are optionally available incl. mechanical overflow prevention system to improve worker and environmental safety by
helping to prevent hazards associated with reservoir overfilling.

LL-1
The series LL-1 metering devices are for single-line, high-pressure automatic lubrication systems dispensing lubricants compatible with
flouroelastomer packings and viscosity up to NLGI #2. Output is externally adjustable. An indicator stem permits visual check of metering
device operation. Individual metering device can be removed easily for inspection or replacement.

LL-V
The series LL-V metering devices are for single-line, high-pressure automatic lubrication systems dispensing lubricants compatible with
flouroelastomer packings and viscosity up to NLGI #2. Output is externally adjustable. An indicator stem permits visual check of metering
device operation. Individual metering device can be removed easily for inspection or replacement.

LL-V XL
Series LL-V XL high-output metering devices are for single-line, high-pressure automatic lubrication systems dispensing lubricants compatible
with polyurethane seals up to NLGI #2. 0utput is externally adjustable. An indicator stem permits visual check of metering device operation.
Individual metering device can be removed easily for inspection or replacement. Two LL-V XL metering devices are required to replace one LL-11
metering device. Each LL-V XL metering device includes a clear, polycarbonate protective cap.

LL-11
The Series LL-11 metering devices are designed for use in single-line, high-pressure automatic lubrication systems. They dispense lubricants that
are compatible with fluoroelastomer packings and have a viscosity of up to NLGI #2. The output is externally adjustable, and there is an
indicator stem that allows for a visual check of the metering device’s operation. These devices are only available as a single unit with a 1/2 inch
NPTF (F) inlet.
